Hormonal shifts — including declining estrogen and fluctuating testosterone — can reduce blood flow, thin delicate tissue, and diminish sensitivity over time. Many women notice that arousal takes longer, feels muted, or requires more intentional support. Pleasurewave is designed for this moment.

Pleasurewave is the only product scientifically proven to help women achieve easier, longer-lasting, and more satisfying orgasm. It supports sensation and natural lubrication through a topical, hormone-free formula developed by the doctor who led Viagra’s clinical development. Its efficacy comes from LPTv1™—our proprietary deep-delivery technology that transports CBD molecules exactly where they’re needed. Its water-based formula also enhances natural lubrication. No prescriptions. No systemic hormones. Just targeted, body-aware support.

Our Benefits

Science in service of pleasure

Developed by scientists over seven years, Pleasure Serum is the only product scientifically proven to enhance arousal and prep the body for an easier, more intense climax.

Our clinical studies were led by the same doctor who led the development of a certain little blue pill for men. Using the same smooth muscle science for a woman’s body, he was able to create a first-of-its-kind solution for enhancing female pleasure.

In a clinical study of women ages 23 to 61 who used Pleasure Serum:

90%

reported an improvement in climax

55%

reported arousal problems, aged 45–65

60%

reported an increased intensity

Ingredients proven to perform

Cannabidiol
(CBD) Molecule

Derived from the hemp plant, CBD helps relax and encourage blood flow where it matters.

Liposomes

Our proprietary delivery system is formed by phospholipids. These tiny protective bubbles transport CBD deep within the skin.

Vitamin E

A powerful and natural
antioxidant that soothes, protects, and moisturizes the skin.

MADE FOR

Pre-Play

Unlike a typical lubricant that works instantly, it takes time for Pleasurewave to work its magic. Get comfortable, put on some music, and make it part of your pre-play routine. There’s no rush. One application lasts for about two hours.

Women’s Physical Pleasure

Pleasurewave is made for any woman who wants to increase wetness and sensitivity. It’s especially effective if you have difficulty reaching climax (e.g., if you’re in menopause/post-menopause or taking antidepressants) or you want to enhance your orgasm.

Arousal

The physiological process (i.e., the increased blood flow) that enables a person to reach climax.
NOT MADE FOR

Instant Gratification

Life’s greatest climaxes require patience and some planning ahead. Pleasurewave takes about 15 to 25 minutes to absorb into key areas of the body.

Men’s Physical Pleasure

Pleasurewave has only been studied in cis women. While it’s safe (and very satisfying) for partners of every gender who want to enhance their female partner’s experience, it’s not formulated to increase a man’s arousal or ability to climax.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, as tested and verified by an independent third party.

We’ll let the numbers answer this one. In a clinical trial led by Dr. Harin Padma-Nathan, who also led the clinical development of Viagra and Cialis, 90% of women reported that either the ease, intensity, and/or frequency of their climax improved with use of Vella Pleasurewave.

We suggest separating the applications of Pleasurewave and vaginal estrogen by a couple of hours. While CBD and Estrogen may not interact, the cream volume may delay absorption of one or both. Note this is not medical advice. We encourage you to please speak with your physician.

Desire, sex drive, or libido is a complex sexual function that is dependent on hormones (particularly testosterone or DHEA in women), the central nervous system, and psychological factors, such as the state of one's intimate and non-intimate relationship. Women can have an increase in desire if they are first aroused or have some orgasm experiences that give feedback to increase desire. Vella Pleasurewave enhances arousal and does not primarily increase desire but in our clinical trials, 35% of women reported increased interest in sex after using it for only a brief time (a month or less).

100% different than anything else on the market!

Other creams cause tingling, or heat or cool, this product truly makes your body respond more intensely.

A miracle

I am 58 and on HRTs. I had mostly given up but this product works. I felt like I was 20. Just amazing. I love that it is so easy to use and not another supplement.
