Dosage: Use 1–2 vaginal inserts within a 24-hour period. Allow at least 4 hours between doses. In clinical studies, most women used 1 suppository daily for 5 days for effective pain relief.

Timing: For best results, start at the first sign of cramps or bleeding and continue daily as needed.

Directions for Use: Remove tampons, cups, or discs before use. With clean hands, gently insert the suppository while reclined with knees bent and hips elevated. Replace your menstrual device when desired. Allow the formula to fully dissolve. For optimal comfort, use at night; daytime use may result in mild leakage.
Please Note: Leakage was observed in 50% of women during clinical studies. If this occurs, we recommend using a pad or pantyliner for comfort.

Some women may experience mild discomfort with insertion or when using CBDA. In 90% of cases, this sensation was mild and resolved within 30 minutes; in 8% of cases, it lasted between 1–2 hours. If discomfort persists beyond this time and is not relieved by an oral pain medication, such as aspirin or acetaminophen, please consult your physician.

This product is not compatible with condoms.
